- Egg (white part) – 1
- Water – 1 cup
- Oatmeal – 2-3 tbsp
- Olive Oil – 1 tsp
First of all you have to cook oatmeal. Take 1 cup of water and boil it well. Then add 3 tablespoon of oatmeal in it. Cook it for 5 minutes until all the water dissolves. Now take a small bowl, add 1 egg white and cooked oatmeal in it and mix them well. After that add 1 tsp of olive oil. If your skin is dry, you can also add double quantity of olive oil in it i.e 2 tsp. Beat this paste properly for 30 seconds. Now put this mask thoroughly on your hands, face and neck.
