1- Tea Treatment
- 1/4 tsp loose tea
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 mint leaves
Boil one-fourth teaspoon of loose tea in one cup of water. Throw the extra water away after straining. Take about one jug of water and put one or two bay leaves (Taiz Patta), a couple of mint leaves and the cooked loose tea and boil this mixture. After boiling, strain the mixture and keep the water.
